Dorset Probation Area have achieved and held the Investors in People (IIP) standard since 1997, in recognition of the organisation’s commitment to achieving success through the development of it’s employees.

Activities which evidence the achievement of the IIP standard are reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure a continued commitment, and re-accreditation must be achieved every 3 years in order to retain the standard.
